"The Watering Hole", Published in "Cow in the Road #4"
"The Watering Hole" was quite a challenge, all pen & ink and measures 10.5" X 35". It was started in Alamogordo, NM and finished on the
road during the big journey to California in 1986. It was inspired by a trip to the Field Museum in Chicago when I was a kid. The image
of the watering hole display (with real stuffed animals) stuck in my head and haunted me for years.
